First Payment To Save Gaza Project.

Hello folks.

Have wired over the first payment from Get Your Love On sales to Save Gaza Project.

Thank you so much to everyone that downloaded the single, or bought a CD. You are awesome.

I still have plenty of CDs available, and unlimited amounts of downloads. I hope this payment is simply a drop in the Mediterranean, given what we will be able to donate in the future.

If you have donated, could you possibly keep sharing and posting the link to the song?

I wish I was wealthy enough to be able to write a blank cheque , or better still, I didn’t even have to. Unfortunately all I have is my music to give away, so I am trying to best to keep plugging it.

Hi all,

I have made the single available for download through my Bandcamp page.

It will also be available at all good stockists in the next few weeks, with a limited 2000 CDs being released on October 25th.

Yellow.

I get bored easily, so thought I would knock out a couple of live tunes, to fill the time.

The first is called Jura. It’s only fitting that I should write a song after my amazing experiences in the highlands, and Islands.

The second track, The Island, was written about the island that I grew up on; The Isle of Wight.

Both rough and live. But hope you enjoy.

Get Involved In A DIY Music Video…

Hi everyone,

This year we are playing Wembley Arena again, and are releasing a single, to go along side the performance.

The track, Get Your Love On, will be released at the end of October.

We are putting together a music video for the track, and we would love for as many people, from all over the World, to get involved.

So here is the deal…

I will email you a copy of the track, and then you make a music video to go with it. It can be anything you want. It can be you singing in the shower, or running through a desert with a camel on a lead. Whatever you want, but the stranger the better!

You can upload to youtube and post wherever you want, all we ask is that we are allowed to use clips of your video in our Official video as well. We want to take the best clips from all over the Globe and piece together a music video of our own.

The song is designed to bring everyone together, and there is no better way of showing that, than including everyone in the video.

If you would like to take part, email us at subscription@davidicke.com and we will get a track mailed to you. You can go mad and make a HD video, or film it on a mobile phone. Whatever you want to do!

Hope everyone is well. Just a quick one to say my band camp page is up and running.

It’s basically the same as itunes and amazon etc, but the downloads are slightly cheaper.

We all love a bargain.
